#1 Track Manual or Electric

Track may be used for straight runs with paired panels, remotely-stacked individual panels or continuously hinged electric walls. Maximum trolley load is 800 pounds.

#1A Track Manual or Electric

Track may be used for straight runs with paired panels, remotely-stacked individual panels or continuously hinged electric walls. Maximum trolley load is 900 pounds.

#2 Track Manual

Track is intended for straight runs with paired panels, or using curves, ‘y’s, or switched for remotely stored individual panels. Maximum trolley load is 600 pounds.

#3 Track Manual

Using multi-directional ball bearing trolleys, this system is capable of universal movement throughout the track system without the use of radius turns or switching mechanism.
As is typical of right angle and sharp angle track systems, it is necessary for the operator to consciously “steer” the panel to the proper direction at all intersections. Thought must be given to avoid reversing panels or placing panels in the sequence.
This track system is for manual individual (operation) panels, each with two trolleys. Maximum trolley load is 500 pounds.

#4 Track Manual

Vertical steel track is to be used only for curved walls, manual or electric. Smooth operation and rigid construction allows the designer freedom to make the track system fit the building.
The radius to the track centerline may be as small as 12″ on curves. Certain changes in track direction, such as a “Y” intersection may be accomplished without switches. Maximum trolley load is 1,500 pounds.

#5 Track Electric

When maximum trolley load exceeds 900 for electrically operated walls, #5 or #8B track is utilized. Designed for medium to large size ares such as banquet facilities, meeting rooms, multipurpose rooms, gymnasiums and auditoriums where maximum trolley load is 1800 pounds.

#6 Track Electric

Steel beam track for loads up to 6,000 pounds, to be used for continuously hinged electric walls.

#8 Track Manual or Electric

SUPERTRACK system to be for straight runs with paired panels, remotely-stored individual panels or continuously hinged electric walls. 12″ radius curves and Y’s where applicable. Maximum trolley load is 1,700 pounds. 10 year limited warranty.

#8B Track Manual or Electric

SUPERTRACK may be used for straight runs with paired panels, remotely-stored individual panels or continuously hinged electric walls. Maximum trolley load is 1,500 pounds. 10 year limited warranty.
